This was our second year of staying at this beach house, and if possible will schedule our same trip every year at this house. It’s the perfect set up for families,lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and the water heater keeps up awesome! It’s walkable to the discovery trail, easy access to the garage when coming back from the beach. Kitchen is a nice size where you can have family dinners, cook up big batches of clams. The hot tub is an added bonus after spending the day on the beach and when the sun goes down, it gets cooler.

After getting injured at our first place that was off the grid-ish my kids were wanting something else we booked super last minute and they were amazing and accommodating. the house is small but mighty. it has everything you need and the hot tub was absolutely amazing. if we could have stayed longer we definitely would have. walking distance to market and lots of restaurants and short drives to amazing places

We had a fabulous stay. We were celebrating my birthday, it was so nice to wake up on my birthday and have a relaxing home to enjoy the morning. The kitchen was adequately stocked and ready to make a birthday cake.

Travis's place was exactly as advertised. A few people mentioned street noise, but at night I didn't find this to be an issue at all. The hot tub was lovely!

Had a nice stay and was close to everything you want to do in Long Beach! Had wonderful food from nearby restaurants, a fun time at the beach (despite the rain) and was able to get groceries from the local market.

Travis's place was great, hot tub was definitely a vibe for rainy cold days at the beach. The house was clean and Keurig coffee maker had coffee pods which was a plus. The bathroom was a little short, not much they can do about it, but if you're over 6'2 you might be rubbing your head on the ceiling in the shower. The road noise was minimal after about 8pm so we didn't have to use the white noise makers. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and would love to stay here again in the future!

We spent a long weekend at Travis’ place and it was conveniently located, clean, completely ready for a relaxing winter trip to the beach. Loved the covered hot tub - nice and cozy for freezing temps! Host has great communication. We would consider staying here again!

Clean house always impressive when near the beach (sand!) hottub was clean and warm, big TV in the living room and even a selection of board games. lots of sleeping accommodations.
